Profiles, browsers, tasks and the Grow and Scale plans (steps 2 to 5) are available on legacy plans. New workspaces don’t include agents; workspaces created before the CrakSEO launch keep them, and onboarding skips the agents step for new workspaces. Everyone can create projects, research keywords, publish articles to their own site and connect Google.
1

Sign up and create a project

After sign-up, onboarding (/app/onboarding) walks through eight steps: site, business, keywords, parasites (optional), agents, install (optional), first article and Google (optional). A project is one website or brand; you can add more projects later from the project switcher.
2

Meet your profiles

Onboarding creates starter profiles from templates (Link builder and Content creator). You can add a General-purpose profile from Profiles (/app/profiles, New profile). Each project supports up to 10 active profiles.
3

Give a profile a browser

Open the profile and its Chat page, then set up its browser. The browser is a persistent hosted Browser Use browser behind a residential proxy in one country (the United States by default); you approve cloud storage of its state before first launch.
4

Tell the profile what to do

Chat with it, or add a scheduled task on its Tasks page (once, daily, weekdays or weekly). When it needs something only you can do (phone verification, identity, payment, a bot wall), it stops and asks you to take control.
5

Pick a plan

Plans are Grow and Scale (/app/usage). Grow allows 5 browsers per profile and 3 team members; Scale allows 20 browsers per profile and unlimited members. Unpaid workspaces get 1 browser per profile.
