Available on legacy plans. New workspaces don’t include agents, the project inbox or sign-ups; workspaces created before the CrakSEO launch keep them.
Each project gets a dedicated inbox (powered by AgentMail). Manage it at Connections > Email, which has three tabs.

Inbox

All mail the project’s addresses receive, newest first. Pick an address at the top to see only its mail. The page checks for new mail when it opens and every 30 seconds while it stays open, so you don’t have to refresh. Check now checks straight away. Each profile has an Inbox page with just its own mail: click a message to read it, then step through with previous and next. Its address, a copy button and Change address sit at the top.

Addresses

Every address, what it is for, and which profile signs up with it:
  • Project: the main address. Profiles without an address of their own use it.
  • Agent: a profile’s own address. On a verified custom domain, every profile gets one automatically, named after it (for example parasite-creator@mail.yourdomain.com), including profiles you create later. Change which profile uses an address with the dropdown on its row, or from the profile’s Settings → Email address, which can also create a new address for it or send it back to the project inbox.
  • Previous: the project’s old @agentmail.to address, kept after moving to your domain so mail already sent there stays readable.
  • Extra: any other address you add, for example affiliates@.
To pick a profile’s address yourself, open its Settings → Email address and type a name such as sarah, or a full address on your domain such as sarah@mail.yourdomain.com. The address is created if it doesn’t exist yet. Changing it keeps the old address in the project, so its mail still arrives, but the profile reads verification codes only at its new address. Update the email on accounts it made with the old one. Only addresses that exist on the Addresses tab receive mail. Mail to any other name on your domain is not delivered, so create an address before you use it anywhere. A profile signs up with its own address first. If it has none, it uses the project-wide sign-up email from How it signs up (when you set one), and otherwise the project address.

Domain

Use your own domain so sites trust the sign-ups:
  1. Enter the domain only. If your root domain already receives email elsewhere (for example registrar forwarding), the page suggests a subdomain such as mail.yourdomain.com, so your existing mail keeps working.
  2. Add the DNS records shown at your domain provider. Each record shows Published or Missing, checked against public DNS.
  3. The page re-checks every minute until AgentMail verifies the domain. Then the project address becomes contact@ your domain (rename it on the Addresses tab), and every agent gets its own address.
Remove domain clears a domain that is still being set up. Removing a verified domain needs the domain typed to confirm: its addresses stop receiving mail and the project goes back to its previous @agentmail.to address. Only message metadata is stored, and subjects are encrypted. When a browser needs a verification code, the server reads the newest matching message (within the last 15 minutes by default) and types the code itself; the agent never sees it.
