A project is one website or brand. Agents, browsers, tasks, workflows, data tables, connections, keywords, articles and reports all belong to exactly one project.
  • A workspace can hold many projects. Switch between them with the project switcher in the top bar.
  • A project has a human name and, optionally, a website domain. A project name is never used as a hostname, email domain or login origin.
  • Every signed-in person belongs to one workspace. Owners manage billing and teammates in Settings > Team; members share operational access.
In Settings > Project, the Default logo card holds the project’s logo: a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 2 MB (square works best). Agents that represent the project upload it as the profile picture on accounts they create, when the site offers one. Replace swaps it for the next sign-up; Remove stops agents setting a picture until you add one again. Each agent can use its own photo or no picture instead (see Agents). Only workspace owners can change the logo. The image stays private to your workspace; agents never see it or a link to it, and the browser uploads it directly.

Teams

Invitations are email-bound links that reserve a seat for 7 days. Adding people requires an active paid subscription (trials do not count). Downgrades never remove existing members; they only block new invitations.
