Available on legacy plans. New workspaces don’t include agents; workspaces created before the CrakSEO launch keep them.
A profile is a hosted AI worker attached to one project. (Earlier versions of the app called profiles “agents”; MCP tool names such as list_agents keep that name.) Profiles live under Profiles (/app/profiles), a table of every profile with its status, email address, accounts, connected AIs and last activity. Open one to see its own pages in the sidebar.

A profile’s pages

What a profile has

  • Goal: a standing description of what it is for (up to 4,000 characters).
  • Model: the AI model it runs on, picked in its Settings: the project default (DeepSeek V4 Flash) or DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, DeepSeek V4 Pro, GLM 4.7, GLM 5, GLM 5.3 Flash, Qwen3 Coder (Exacto) or Grok 4.6. Every model runs through OpenRouter, and a change applies from the next message. If a model declines a request, the chat says so and nothing is run; try another model.
  • Chats: up to 4 open chat tabs. One chat drives the browser at a time. Chats started from an MCP client are labelled “Via MCP”.
  • Memories: facts you pin, or facts the profile learns (up to 500 characters each).
  • Sign-up defaults: a shared email, password and birth date it uses when creating accounts. You enter them once; the profile never sees the password. A profile with its own email address signs up with that address instead of the shared email.
  • Profile picture: the picture it sets on accounts it creates, when the site asks for one. Pick Use the project logo (the default once the project has a logo), Use this profile’s own photo for a profile that represents a person (upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP of up to 2 MB), or Don’t set a profile picture. Setting the picture is best effort: if a site has no picture step or refuses the upload, it skips it and still creates the account. A profile that uses its own photo never falls back to the logo. Only workspace owners can change this.
  • Inbox: its own address, or the project inbox when it has none. Change it in Settings → Email address.
  • Scheduled tasks: instructions that run once, daily, on weekdays or weekly at a time and timezone you choose.
  • Browsers: one primary browser, plus more through the fleet.
  • Data access: the tables and connections it may read or write. Add data source on its Data page can create a table, or use an existing one, and grant it to the profile in one step.

Turn limits

Each turn is bounded: at most 12 model decisions, 24 tool calls and 40 minutes. Failed or ambiguous operations are reported, never silently retried.

Taking control

You can take over the profile’s live browser at any time, then resume or stop. When it hits a step only a person can do, it asks you to take control and waits.

Deleting a profile

Settings → Danger zone → Delete profile (workspace owners only) stops it for good: its tasks turn off and every key connected to it is revoked. Its browsers, accounts, mail and table rows are kept.
