A task is an instruction that one profile runs on a schedule, in its own task chat. Create and edit tasks on the profile’s Tasks page (or in its chat); see every task in the project at Profiles > Work queue (/app/profiles/work). Due tasks are picked up every 5 minutes. If the agent is busy, the task waits up to 10 minutes. A one-off task turns itself off once it has started. Each run’s result is done, failed, needs_you or skipped. Use workflows when you need several steps, approvals or more than one agent.
