# Backlinks

> A staff-curated link exchange between customer sites.

**Results > Links to your site** (`/app/growth/backlinks`) shows the link exchange. Every day, CrakSEO proposes pairings where an article on one customer site links to another. Staff review, price and approve each placement; when placed, the anchor is inserted into the host article and it is republished.

## Credits

Placements cost **backlink credits**, held per project.

* A paid invoice grants the plan's monthly credits (200 on Grow, 400 on Scale). A yearly invoice grants twelve months at once.
* A trial grants 25 credits, once.
* Credits are never clawed back on cancellation, and removing a link never refunds.
